Goals for land use
We want to provide a development that flourishes in green space and allows members of the community to unwind, exercise and interact with people through nature.
Interact
Green space can act as a place to build relationships between different community members. Interaction is an important part in developing a cohesive neighbourhood.
Unwind
Having spaces for people to escape everyday life has become more apparent over the last few years. Ensuring there are areas for those who don't have accesses to private gardens is a priority.
Exercise
Places to exercise within green space is important, especially within the city environment. We want to promote a healthy style of living by provide walking, running and cycling routes within our green space.
