A destination for the arts with culture that reflects the trading and maritime heritage of the area whilst providing high quality green spaces that capitalise on biodiversity for all whilst meeting net zero requirements.

Developing a vibrant waterfront that provides a mixed-used destination for all.

Creating an area which captures the engaging surroundings and heritage of the area along with developing a sense of place for the development.
